Examiners Report Published

We are delighted to announce that the Examiners Report into the Southwater Neighbourhood Plan has now been published. The examiner recommends that 'the Plan, once modified, proceeds to referendum on the basis that it has met all the relevant legal requirements.'
The Examiner has proposed a number of modifications to the plan and the Parish Council will be considering these in the coming weeks in consultation with Horsham District Council.
The whole team, who have worked hard to get the plan to this stage, would like to thank everyone who has been involved in the preparation of the plan to date. Please keep an eye on this page for more updates as the plan moves forward to the next legal stage.
