The Steering Group have been really busy so far this year, investigating matters raised at the Regulation 14 Consultation and updating the plan and evidence base that supports it.
The good news is that we are nearly there, the Southwater Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group met last night (19/02/2018) and approved much of the updated material. At the meeting an updated timetable was agreed which puts a firm date on the 'Submission' of the plan to Horsham District Council (subject to approval by Full Parish Council on 13th March 2019).
The key dates that were agreed are:
26th Feb - SG Meeting
5th March - SG Meeting (approval of submission documents)
13th March - Extraordinary Full Council Meeting (approval of submission documents)
15th March - Submission of documents to HDC in accordance with Regulation 15 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012
