Southwater Neighbourhood Plan Examination Hearing - Friday 28th February 2020

Horsham District Council have appointed an independent examiner to undertake an examination of the Southwater Neighbourhood Plan. Horsham District Council, with consent from Southwater Parish Council, has appointed Derek Stebbing to undertake the examination of the Southwater Neighbourhood Plan.
The examiner has determined that a Hearing is necessary to ensure adequate examination of the Plan.
The Hearing is a public hearing lead by the examiner, it is completely within his gift to determine how the hearing is conducted. Members of the public are welcome to attend, should members of the public wish to speak they may be allowed to do so should time allow, and the examiner consider it appropriate.
The hearing will take place 10am – 4pm on Friday 28th February 2020 at Southwater Leisure Centre, 2 Pevensey Road, Southwater, West Sussex RH13 9XZ
