The Southwater Neighbourhood Plan was submitted to Horsham District Council under Regulation 15 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) on Thursday 14th March 2019. Horsham District Council will now take the plan forward and consult on it under Regulation 16 in due course.
