Thank you to everyone who came to take part in the examination hearing that took place on Friday 28th February. It was a good day and it provided the Examiner with an opportunity to discuss matters which he needed further clarification on. Several additional documents were handed to the Examiner on the day and these can now be downloaded from https://southwater.joomla.com/examination.html.
Representatives from Thakeham Homes were unable to attend the hearing on 28th February as they were in self-isolation due to potential exposure to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). As a result the Examiner will allow Thakeham Homes to make any further representations they may wish to by 13th March 2020. If any such representations are received other parties will be allowed until 27 March 2020 to comment on those representations. We hope the Examiners report will then be ready in April 2020.
